Sumter County Criminal History is a privately operated reference site. It is not affiliated with Sumter County, the State of Alabama, any court, sheriff, police department, ALEA, ADOC, ABPP, or other government body. It points readers toward record custodians and public resources but does not issue official records.

You agree to use the site lawfully and without disrupting it or harming others.

- Do not stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
- Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Information from this site or a linked resource may not be used to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate. Registry information has a public-safety purpose. Ala. Code § 15-20A-8 warns against unlawfully injuring, harassing, or committing a crime against a listed person or reported address.
